22 Tuition Fee Scholarships offered by Universities for International Students.

While there are tuition free universities, there are also universities that offer tuition fee scholarships for excellent international students.  Scholarships in the form of  full or partial tuition fee waivers are the most common international scholarships offered by Universities. Tuition fee scholarships are the next best thing to fully-funded scholarships in a sense that a good portion of your study costs is already covered.

Humber Entrance Scholarships for International Students (Canada)
Humber College offers scholarships for new international undergraduate students beginning classes in September or January each year. The scholarships  are renewable full and partial tuition scholarships.
ICSP Tuition Scholarships at University of Oregon (USA)
International students who demonstrate financial need and exceptional merit may apply for the International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) at the University of Oregon.  The ICSP scholarship has a cultural service component which requires students to give presentations about their home country to children, community organizations, and UO students, faculty and staff. The scholarships are in the form of tuition waiver worth $9,000 – $27,000.
Denys Holland Scholarship at University College London (UK)
The Denys Holland Scholarship aims to support undergraduate students from any country, who without the support of  the scholarship would be unable to secure the funding required to study at University College London (UCL), and who can demonstrate their intention to make full use of the activities offered by UCL and the Student Union.  The scholarship is worth £9,000 per annum for three years and scholars may choose to use all or part of the scholarship to cover fees.
Westminster Full Fee Scholarships for International Students (UK)
The Westminster University offers a number of full tuition fee scholarships if you are an exceptionally well-qualified student from either inside the UK/EU or an international country. The scholarship is a full tuition fee award.
Macquarie Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships (Australia)
The Macquarie University Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship provides a partial tuition fee scholarship for outstanding students to study an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at Macquarie University North Ryde campus. The scholarship amount is varied up to AUD$10,000.
Bristol University International Office Scholarships (UK)
The University of Bristol is offering ten International Office Scholarships for new international students who wish to pursue an undergraduate or postgraduate degree at the University.  The scholarships are worth £8,000-£12,000 which will go towards the tuition fee.
University of West London International Ambassador Scholarships (UK)
The International Ambassador Scholarship recognises and provides financial support for outstanding students who wish to pursue a full time undergraduate or postgraduate degree at University of West London. Scholarships are worth up to £5,000 which can go toward tuition fees.
UWE Chancellor’s International Scholarships (UK)
The University of the West of England, Bristol offers more than £100,000 worth of scholarships for international students each year. This includes the Chancellor’s Scholarship wherein the recipient will be required to undertake an internship working within the International Development Office and other departments.  The scholarship covers full tuition fees for one academic year.
Sheffield Hallam University Transform Together Scholarships (UK)
Transform Together scholarships are open to international and European Union (non UK) students applying to study a full-time postgraduate or undergraduate taught course at Sheffield Hallam University. Half fee waiver (50%) is available for postgraduate courses and for each year of an undergraduate degree.
Bocconi Scholarships for International Students (Italy)
Bocconi University offers scholarships to international students enrolling in any Bachelor’s Program or Master of Science Program at Bocconi. The scholarship are in the form of full tuition waiver worth up to €11,500 per year for Bachelor’s Program and up to €12,700 per year for Master’s of Science Program.

University of Sussex Chancellor’s Scholarships (UK)
University of Sussex Chancellor’s International Scholarships are available in the majority of Sussex Schools, and are awarded on the basis of academic performance and potential to non-EU international students who have applied for and been offered a place for eligible full-time Postgraduate Taught degrees at the University of Sussex.  The scholarship is 50% off international student tuition fee and is offered for one year.
Leiden University Excellence Scholarships for Non-EU Students (Netherlands)
The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme (LExS) is open to outstanding Non-EU/EEA students enrolling in a master’s degree programme offered at Leiden University. The scholarships come in the form of the following: €10,000 of the tuition fee, €15,000 of the tuition fee, or total tuition fee minus the home fee.
Radboud Scholarship Programme for Non-EU Students (Netherlands)
The Radboud Scholarship Programme offers a selected number of talented prospective non-EEA students the opportunity to receive a scholarship to pursue a complete English-taught Master’s degree programme at Radboud University Nijmegen. The scholarship is not an amount of money that you will receive on your bank account but consists of a partial tuition waiver. The tuition fee will be waived to the level of an EEA student. In addition the Radboud Scholarship also covers costs such as for visa, residence permit, health insurance and liability insurance.
Lund University Global Scholarships for Non-EU/EEA Students (Sweden)
The Lund University Global Scholarship programme is targeted to top academic students who are citizens of countries from outside the European Union/European Economic Area (and Switzerland) who wish to pursue a Bachelors or Masters Degree Programme at the University. The scholarships may cover 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% of the tuition fee.
KTH Tuition Fee Waivers (Sweden)
A limited number of tuition fee waivers will be available for citizens from non-EU/EEA/EFTA countries who are required to pay tuition fees and who has applied for a Master’s programme at KTH as first priority.  If granted a scholarship, the tuition fee will be waived for the total length of the programme.
Emily Boutmy Scholarships for International Students (France)
The Emile Boutmy Scholarship is awarded to top international students from outside the EU who are applying for eligible Bachelor’s or Master’s Programme at the University. The scholarships can take different forms of tuition grants ranging from €5,000 to €16,000 for 2 years of postgraduate study or €3,000 to €12,300  for 3 years of undergraduate study.
Danish State Tuition Fee Waivers and Scholarships at Roskilde University (Denmark)
A limited number of Danish state tuition fee waivers and scholarships are offered to highly talented students at graduate level, who come from countries outside of the EU/EEA and need a residence permit to study at Roskilde University. The scholarships include a tuition fee waiver and approximately DKK 7,800 per month to cover living expenses in Denmark.

Nottingham Developing Solutions Scholarships (UK)
The Developing Solutions Scholarships are designed for international students from Africa, India or one of the developing countries of the Commonwealth who want to study a Masters Degree at the University of Nottingham and make a difference to the development of their home country. Each year,  105 scholarships  are awarded– 30 scholarships will cover the full tuition fee while 75 will cover 50% of the tuition fee.
GDI Development Leadership Scholarships at Manchester University (UK)
The Global Development Institute (GDI) is offering nine scholarships to international students from developing countries to pursue on-campus Masters programmes commencing in September 2017.  The scholarships provide full tuition fee waivers.
